March 8, 2016: I THOUGHT about going fishing this morning and headed East. I met a fish truck with a parade behind it headed towards Elkins. I continued on and made it to Evenwood. Several vehicles were sitting there waiting on the fish truck to arrive or pass by so they could chase it. I gave up. I see that they stocked Gandy Creek so everyone can walk around in the road and fish!! I'm sure the Evenwooders ended up there. Got that out of my system for now. Maybe I'll THINK about trying to fish in a month or so. All streams a at nice levels right now.
